These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by 7SKY LUXURY as a personalised travel planning bureau.

1. Nature of Service

7SKY LUXURY provides bespoke travel planning and curation of private flights, helicopters, yachts, luxury cars and itineraries. We act as an intermediary between clients and independent operators. We do not own or operate aircraft, yachts or vehicles.

2. Role of 7SKY LUXURY

• Receiving and clarifying your request
• Curating options from trusted operators
• Facilitating communication between you and service providers

All operational aspects remain under the responsibility of the operator.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are subject to availability and may change until confirmed by the operator. A proposal does not constitute a confirmed booking until you accept the terms and the operator confirms in writing.

4. Booking and Payment

Booking, payment, deposits, cancellations and refunds are regulated by the terms of the operator or partner. By confirming a booking, you agree to their terms and conditions.

5. Limitation of Liability

7SKY LUXURY shall not be liable for:

• Delays, changes or cancellations by operators
• Force majeure (weather, strikes, technical issues outside our control)
• Losses caused by inaccurate data provided by the client

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Ensure valid travel documents (passports, visas)
• Review and accept operators’ terms before confirming

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable laws of the European Union.
